PLTI is a program of the Connecticut Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity and Opportunity. It is sponsored by the Bridge Family Center with funding support from the Parent Trust and Connecticut State Department of Education.

This is the 12th year that PLTI will be hosted by the FRC in West Hartford.

About The Bridge

We offer counseling for anxiety, stress, depression, substance abuse, divorce, and other life issues. We provide residential services for homeless youth and teens, parenting support, as well as academic and social development for children at our family resource centers.
