The West Hartford Family, a newsletter providing parenting articles and information about parenting classes and activities appropriate to families, is produced in cooperation with the West Hartford Substance Abuse Prevention Commission. The newsletter is mailed or sent home two times per year to the families of all children in the public schools as well as some private schools.
