School-Based Services

The Bridge Family Center offers school-based services in collaboration with school personnel. Services provided include case consultation and crisis intervention; on-site counseling; mentoring; groups on a variety of issues; speakers on topics of interest for student, staff, or parent groups; and resources and referral. Youth and Family Services director Pat Tyler serves on Student Success Teams and other student support teams.
