Tom Moore Recipient of Build No Fences Award
At the 31st Annual Breakfast on the Bridge, West Hartford Superintendent Tom Moore, was selected as the recipient of the 2017 Build No Fences Award. Moore is an inspired leader with a strong moral compass, who embodies the spirit of the award.
The Build No Fences Award is given each year to a person in the community who encourages collaboration and has demonstrated a commitment to the well being of the children and families we serve.
